Tuna was okey but this restaurant is well known for Tendon. We were so disappointed. Shrimp was overcooked so bad and clear soup tasted awful. Other tempuras were soggy. The renowned tendon seemed to have been sitting for a while. The tempura was all mushy from sitting too long. The 🍆 (eggplant or nasu) was tasty, but the 🦑 (squid or ika) and 🦐 (shrimp or ebi) were both so tough I could barely bite through them and the 🐟 (whitefish or shiromizakana) was falling apart. There were empty seats, but the staff could not keep up and there were many people waiting, on a Thursday afternoon.
