ESLEAD HOTEL NAMBA SOUTH Ⅲ — Hotel in Osaka

Mom with 2 teens from Singapore (Visited March 2024)We have enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again when e visit Osaka!Location was great with Ebisucho station just 1 min away, JR Shin Imamiya and Imamiyaebisu stations nearby. The area is quieter so we had very peaceful sleep.Plenty of eateries, supermarket, convenience strore as well as Daiso and Don Quijote around the area.Front Desk staffs were very helpful from check-in to check-out. We need to call the airline handling agent and the staff readily helped us. They also helped to call a taxi for us upon check-out.Housekeeping provided ample towel and amenities which were more than enough for our stay. Handwarmers and umbrellas were provided at the lobby as well.Room was clean, bed was comfy. Love the drying function in the bathroom, the clothes dried up overnight. Kitchenette was equipped sufficiently.I saw i review that the bed beside the balcony door is cold... There's air vent beside the balcony doors, you can open it to let the cool air in or close it to keep indoor warm. There's USB points at the bedhead for easy charging of devices.There's plenty of instructions in the room to help with the operation of equipment, we didn't have to bother the staffs.Hope this...

I have booked a family room (three beds) and a double room (two beds) for a family trip in September 2023 for 10 nights.

The overall experience is very positive for us. The rooms are clean and very spacious compared to some other rooms we've stayed at in Osaka in previous trip, and if booked well in advance the price is also good value.

The rooms we booked is like apartments with 3 apartments per level. Location of hotel is convenient too, next to Ebisucho station.

The staff is friendly and service is very good, special mention to Jennifer Lee whom assisted us with luggage forwarding service.

A couple of things to note. For both our rooms, the shower pressure is not high and the water temperature can sometimes switch from hot to cold. Not sure if it is due to settings in our bathroom or is it same across hotel. We did not raise it with the hotel staff as it is not a major issue for us.

I would recommend this hotel to family and friends, and will rebook this hotel for future...

5/5 for Eslead Hotel Namba South III building; if someone asks me where they should stay in Osaka, this is the place I would suggest without any hesitation. The apartment was BIG for my traveling group of two, AND there was a washing machine and bathroom-dryer just for us in the apartmenr. Service was fantastic. Front desk staff knew English well enough. Responses to e-mail were pretty quick. They helped with Yamato Transport service from Osaka to Kyoto. Location is good. For me, walking distance to Namba and the main area of Osaka, along with a train station closeby. Plus, they're always asking for feedback and currently reward completed surveys...
