I was really afraid to enter due to the other reviews. And it was true to a certain extent. They do seem quite reluctant to serve foreigners but the old lady was seemingly friendly that day as compared to the younger lady. The old uncle was alright. But the atmosphere wasn't really good, I kinda felt that I shouldn't be there but it is probably mostly my imagination.

Read more「焼肉はミナミがうまいな」という聞き捨てならないハナシを、通天閣界隈の名店『平野屋』で漏れ聞いたのです。すでに8割の満腹に近い状態でしたが、それを聞いた瞬間、肉が食べたいという眠っていた欲求がカマ首をもたげたのであります。 ググってみると徒歩7分の距離。これは行かねばなるまい。
周辺は住宅街です。そのなかでポツンとあるこちらのお店。18時頃入店すると、かなり年配の女性がお一人で焼肉しながら白ごはんというおいしそうなお食事中。おおっ、これこそ地元密着型の理想形ではないでしょうか。 カウンターに陣取り、メニューを解読。ううっ、安い、安いぞ。そしてホルモン類が豊富。とりあえずバラ、ホルモン、レバを注文。すると隣の年配女性も「ワタシもキモ」と注文。そのとき店主が今日はキモがない、とのこと。仕入れに行ったとき、モノが良くなかったんで仕入れをやめたのだそう。 おいしくないものは仕入れない、という姿勢がうれしいじゃありませんか。
さて、お肉です。肉もホルモンもおいしい。タレも甘すぎず、いい塩梅です。この価格なら文句はありません。これはリピ決定です。次回はちゃんとお腹を空かせてこようと思いました。
