I recently had the pleasure of dining at Kyushu Ramen Kio Ebisucho, and let me tell you, it was an unforgettable experience. This hidden gem offers a delightful blend of mouthwatering spicy ramen and a charming retro environment that takes you back in time.
First and foremost, the star of the show was undeniably the spicy ramen. Bursting with rich flavors and a perfect balance of heat, each spoonful was a journey to culinary heaven. The broth, simmered to perfection for hours, is robust and flavorful, with just the right amount of spiciness to tantalize your taste buds without overwhelming them. The noodles were cooked to an ideal al dente consistency, providing a satisfying texture that complemented the broth beautifully. And let's not forget the tender slices of marinated pork that added an extra layer of savory delight to the bowl. This spicy ramen truly hits the spot for any ramen connoisseur.
While the food alone is reason enough to visit Kyushu Ramen Kio Ebisucho, the retro environment adds an extra touch of charm to the dining experience. Read moreWe arrived in Osaka on a cold rainy Tuesday. We found this gem and decided to warm up inside. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. I ordered the Char Sui Ramen bowl....in all honesty I'm not a ramen guy...but I figured I should try this it's a signature japanese dish...wow....mind blown....the pork was delicious and melted in my mouth...the broth was not overly salty. This was clearly a known place as I saw a few tourists stumbling in. The service was fast and efficient...My wife asked for a takeout container for her bowl and was shot down hard.... she's an Elaine Benes. I tried to tip and was refused as well..... I'll go back.... perfect for small groups of 4 or less...2 is optimal. Spent about...

Anyway by far the best most satisfying meal I had in japan and it has set the standard for all future ramens in my life. EDIT: Been here a bunch of times now 2 years in a row and it is still the best ramen I have had in japan. Should be...
