Perfect location and value for money, rooms are clean and spacious and walkable from almost all major attractions and tourist spots in Osaka. My only concern is that I booked through agoda and i was surprised that it was self checkin upon arriving at the property and no staff, and i did not receive an email on my checkin code a day prior our checkin. Good thing the hotel service responds considerably quick and i got help but my check in experience after coming from a loooong flight we were so tired and had trouble checking in. Very convenient just 40m walk beside the Ebisucho station from exit 1-b. Convenient to travel around with many food eatery and convenient shop around. Sukiya, yoahinowa, saizeriya are withing walking distance. The house facility was top note, have washing machine, dryer can use the bathroom facilities with equip with dryer, you can hang your cloth overnight and on the dryer, it surely dry in the next morning.
