Usually Japanese people leave bad reviews but it’s really good and I love restaurants like this that are quick and you can order from a screen. I’ve also eaten at a lot of questionable sanitary places but oh my gosh.

The fact that I paid almost $7 for what I could barely eat makes me sad The picked veggies was wilted lettuce I ordered the rice bowl with the beef, seaweed and okra. Absolutely the worst texture in the world. Idk if it’s suppose to be that way but it was SLIMY. Like you take a bite and the slime drips from the chopstick and from your mouth. It literally felt like it was eating a bowl of snot. The most disgusting thing I’ve ever eaten and it wasn’t even hot… The dishes weren’t clean. The bowl had residue from someone else’s meal. The tray was dirty.

Go to literally anywhere else. And I rarely leave bad reviews. But oh my gosh. I couldn’t even finish it. Waste of money for “convenience “ when I have to get food somewhere else after so I don’t throw up.

Comments: I came here 4 times during the past 15 days of my stay, and this place has not fail me yet.

You find a seat, grab the menu near your table, press the buzzer on your table, the waiter comes, you order and the food will arrive within 10 mins.

Overall: I really like the unagi and the beef set. My two favourite food. Not all Sukiya branches are as friendly...

this sukiya outlet is located near ebisucho station. it's open 24 hours so it's convenient if you want to find something to eat anytime that you want. it's also affordable with a good portion of the menu.

there's a machine near the entrance if you want to take out your order. if you want to dine in, just find a seat and order the menu using the tablet on your seat.

the gyudon, or rice bowl with the beef is really tasty. the meat is tender. the sauce is absorbed into the rice. i like mine with added kimchi on top. the kimchi is fresh and not too sour. it's just adding the rich flavor...
