エビスホステル — Hotel in Osaka

The value for your money is excellent for this hostel, as the location is superb with walking distance from Shinsekai market place, Tsutenkaku tower and the Tennoji zoo. However the downsides are overwhelming for this place as there is no elevator, so you will have to carry your luggage 3 floors up and down.

Also the sinks and washing area is connected to the sleeping area, so people will inevitably end up disturbing others. The main downside was that there is only one shower and one toilet for 8 people.

That is not even the worst as it was a hot mess when you tried to sleep, specially when they cheap out on the AC everywhere else except for the common area.

They don't even offer you towels, you have to rent a towel for 100 yen everytime. The breakfast was decent but it was only from 9 am to 10 am with no coffee. It is almost as if they are trying to keep you away from...

I made a reservation at this hostel but accidentally booked a female-only room. Even after explaining the situation and apologizing, the staff refused to help me in any way or offer a refund. What’s even worse is that I wasn’t the only one facing this issue — there was another man with the same problem. The staff not only ignored us, but even after calling Booking.com support, they continued to refuse any cooperation. Their complete lack of flexibility and unwillingness to resolve the issue was absolutely disappointing. I feel completely let down by the service, and I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this place unless you want to deal with unhelpful staff and poor...

이렇게 친절하고 가성비 까지 좋은 호스텔은 처음이다. 직원분들 다 너무너무너무너무 친절하시고 시설도 전부 깨끗하고 너무 잘 이용했어요… 다들 여기로 가서 편안한일본여행 됐으면 좋겠어요👏🏻 전부다 완벽한데 거기에 아침 조식을 무료로 제공해주세요 매일 다른 메뉴로요.정말 최고입니다 덕분에 든든한 아침 먹고 잘 돌아다닐수 있었습니당😂♥️ 정말 여기 오시면 후회 안하실거에요 이렇게 좋은 호스텔은 처음 경험하고 갑니다

This is my first time at a hostel that is this friendly and has such great value for money. The staff are all so so so so friendly, and the facilities are all clean and I used them very well... I hope everyone goes here and has a comfortable trip to Japan👏🏻 Everything is perfect, but they provide free breakfast with a different menu every day. It's really the best.
