While here on vacation I purchased a Sony NW-A300 series Walkman so that I could enjoy lossless tracks in Apple Music and found this shop online, it was only one subway station away from where I was staying.

Came into the shop with some trepidation about the language barrier (using a English to Japanese translator app) getting in the way of not being able to get advice on a pair of IEMs for the genres of music I listen to in my price range.

The staff at the Osaka store was incredibly friendly and quickly guided me to Erina who was spoke perfect English and was AMAZING in showing me different options and helping me find the perfect pair of IEMs.

The other thing I really appreciated about this shop was the option to try the recommended headphones prior to purchase, I ended up going with the IKKO OH10 headphones and am super stoked with them!

Very happy with the entire experience, and will definitely come back again next time...

Bought used headphones that were in excellent condition. Store employees were extremely helpful to me, an English speaker without much Japanese comprehension. Phenomenal audio store with lots of iems, headphones and overall audio gear. You can just plug your phone to an amp and try every headphone that you might want to try. It's a great place to visit for audiophiles, where spending hours just listening to different headphones from every price point is so easy.
