The room itself was ok. Clean and comfortable. Just that the sharing toilet is quite smelly. The owner (I assume) was friendly and saw us came in early in the rain and let us check in earlier by 1hr. But beware, front desk are usually closed until 15:00hrs. Public bath and shower room are located at 1st floor. microwave are available. The only down side about the room is the window are not able to open. The location was about 10min to JR Shin Imamiya Station and another kintetsu station. The area itself is considered the most "dangerous" area in Osaka. However I still feel that it is much safer comparing to many other countries. There are just some homeless folk around and I think they are perfectly fine. This hotel is a much better option that hostel for me as I can get my own room and the tatami room are quite spacious and comes with TV and a half sized refrigerator...
