Staff/owner took our bucket of coins away and said we couldn't have that many. Gave us coins of lesser value. Not sure why he did this. Maybe because we were foreigners? Either way we felt ripped off and cheated. Don't go here. Check out bigger and better places like super potato and taito station in Tokyo. To the owner: you know...

They are getting greedy, there are better places in shinsekai to play old arcades. Last year they still had the old 50¥ fare but now they raised to 100, so no more reasons to go in this faded out place. It's a shame because the vibe is still set on early 90s like a showa era...

We stumbled upon this retro arcade hall by accident and it was a pleasant surpise. The arcade hall isn't too big but it has some nice retro games, going from video games to pachinco and slots. We enjoyed playing some very retro games on old(er) machines.
