Tully’s Coffee - atré Omori — Restaurant in Tokyo

I was very disappointed by the service and the coffee at this place. I ordered a small cappuccino for 430¥, but it was mostly filled with milk foam that tasted like a milkshake. When I politely asked the barista to remake it or change it to a black coffee, she was rude and defensive. She claimed that this was the standard way of making cappuccino in Tokyo, which I knew was not true from visiting other coffee chains. She also said that this was how they made it at Tullys, but I had a much better cappuccino at their Ginza branch. She then snatched my cup and dumped it in the sink. The only thing they offered me was a black americano from a vending machine, which was worse than the coffee at Lawson. I discarded that in their disposal bin and left the shop feeling unsatisfied with staff’s toxic vibe and 430¥ less in pocket. This little place has crowded sitting space for laptop workers, but the coffee and the staffs are terrible specially that chubby lady who is utterly rude as a barista. 大森駅と直結するアトレ大森の1階にあるカフェであるため、非常にアクセスしやすいが、利用しやすさで言うとそれほどでもない。 客席フロアがアトレ大森のエレベーターホールそのものとなっているため、夜間はフロア全体の混雑具合はそれ程でもないが、昼間（特に午後）はエレベーター待ちの客が多くいることもあり、あまり落ち着いて料理やドリンクを楽しめない雰囲気となる場合がある。席の構成は基本的に1人～2人向けで、大人数での利用にはあまり向かず、また客席の総数も多くはない（30席程度）。客の回転もあまりいい方ではない。 利用する時間帯にも依るかもしれないが、スタッフの対応があまりよくないことがある（特に夜間）。声が小さく無機質で、適当に接客している、という感じだった。

The cafe is located on the first floor of atré Omori, which is directly connected to Omori Station, making it very accessible. But not as easy to use as it could be. Since the seating area is same the elevator hall of atré Omori itself, the entire floor is not so crowded at night, but during the daytime (especially in the afternoon), there are many customers waiting for the elevator, which can make it difficult to enjoy your dishes or drinks in a relaxed atmosphere. The seating configuration is basically for one or two people, not really suitable for large groups, and the total number of seats is not large (about 30). The turnover of customers is not very good. Although it may depend on the time of day, the staff is not always very attentive (especially at night). Their voices are quiet and inorganic, and it seems as if they are just randomly...
