Kyukyu Hotel — Hotel in Tokyo

Place was clean and the towels was clean. The room is big and it can accommodate a big family of 6. Room has washing machine and a detergent as well. The trash can is small so it gets filled easily. We had a few issues like we only have 5 glasses instead of 6 and the hair dryer have a broken handle. Issues were resolved after a day since the reception is not open 24hrs and we're also not available during their work hours.

Location wise, walking distance to minowa station is okay for young people. For seniors, it's a bit taxing for them to walk that distance.

This hotel is reached by Minowa Station, it is to the southwest. It's not too far of a walk. You will see a Mcdonalds and pass a Domino's pizza on the way. This is a nice clean hotel. On every floor there's only two rooms. Every room has a washer and dryer too I think, with powder detergent. The machine works as both I believe, so I am not sure. The owners are Chinese and helpful. There is a 24 hour 7-11 down the street. Remember that there isn't always someone at the front desk especially overnight. There is a number you can call if you need assistance....

A very good value, great room, perfect location, and very friendly staff. The website says the staff speak Japanese and Chinese, but the ones I interacted with spoke English well too. My only complaint is the bed and pillows. Personal preference, the bed was way to firm for me. The pillow was also very firm with one side having rows of beads, which seems to be a Japanese thing, but again not my thing. Everything else was fantastic and when I come back to Tokyo I'll most likely stay here again, but I'll bring...
