N+HOTEL（東京秋葉原プレミアム） — Hotel in Tokyo

On booking sites this might be listed as N+ Akihabara Premium or Nplus instead of N+. ||The place was not very clean, the usual spots like the floor was clean but the second you go to a windowsill or the window partition screens it's very dusty. Don't move the bed cause underneath it's very dusty with other people's hair. We had to do a clean when we came in. Also the blinds don't block the sun, so in the morning it's super bright and there's nothing you can really do about it. We needed to buy eye masks just for this hotel. ||The guy managing the place was nice though. Room is decently sized for Tokyo. ||Amenities are also minimum, there is a washing machine but no drier so it seems like people before us bought plastic clothes hangers so you could hang stuff where you can in the toilet. There is no air purifier and no windows so it's just dust everywhere. Bottled water you need to buy from the vending machine downstairs or you can drink from the tap. ||Location wise it's pretty good, we did alot of luggage delivery and they receive luggage and there is a Yamato delivery office very close by. That's great! We (4 adults) stayed for 5 days.1. Excellent location. There are several subway lines within walking distance, from which you can get to all popular places in Tokyo. There are also small grocery stores, a barbershop and a great Mexican restaurant nearby.2. The apartments are very comfortable, functional, spacious and with a cool design. Our room occupied an entire floor. There is a separate sleeping area with a bed, which is completely covered with screens (for 2 people). A separate area, which is also covered by a screen with 3 tatami mats. And a sofa that perfectly accommodates 1 adult. A large table. Excellent kitchen with all necessary accessories and a high-quality washing machine. Good stay, good for family of 5 to stay together in one apartment, room as pictured, comfortable space. Therefore we pick this accomodation over hotel stay. Quiet surrounding, with supermarket and convenient store nearby.However, the minus point areit is hard to communicate w the hotel receptionist. No one sit at the counter, thru out our stay. We Have to wait for 30min plus during check in and check out for the receptionist to come.No housekeeping and rubbish collection for 7days stay, but its not really an issue, as all of us are adult, so we could keep it clean.
