I ordered the tempura soba. Portion was really big and filling. The tempura was still sizzling hot when it came so I had quite a hard time eating it. I needed to let it rest for some time so I can eat it without burning my tongue, but since the tempura is dipped inside the broth, it was already soggy when I ate it. The shrimp tasted great, however. I needed to peel off the last remaining bit of the tail to finish it with my hands. There was no tissue on the table so I had to ask one from my friend. It is a popular buckwheat noodle restaurant in the Higashi-Kanda area, especially crowded every day during the lychee time. The appearance and interior of the restaurant has a typical downtown atmosphere, and all the staff, from cooking to serving, are cheerful and helpful. You'll be cheered up by them.
