Section L Hatchobori — Hotel in Tokyo

We had a wonderful stay at Section L Hatchobori for 5 nights in April 2025. First of all, the location is great. It is close to the Tsukiji market and Ginza as well as to a number of train stations, supermarkets, and convenience stores. We had a 1.5 year old baby, and because of its strategic location, we were able to smoothly get to the hotel from the airport by using the public transportation despite having to push our luggage and a stroller. Secondly, compared to other hotels with similar rates, the room is considered spacious! They even provided a crib for our toddler. We also love the complete amenities available in the room: a bunk bed, a washer/dryer, ironing board, a small stove, a fridge & freezer, and a complete set of cooking & dining utensils. We were able to do some simple cooking as well as laundry during our stay. Another aspect that we love about this hotel is that they provide free coffee/tea every day as well as a happy hour every Saturday. The staff is also helpful and kind. In general, I would recommend this hotel for those who plan to have a longer stay in Tokyo and especially for families with kids who want to stay together...

Great place slightly off the beaten track, which wasn’t bad give the crowds elsewhere. Got lovely room ( large enough to breathe) with twins, a dining table kitchen, a sofa and separate bath and toilet. The latter helped get us ready faster. A Lawson grocery store nearby had all one needed for breakfast. Some small restaurants nearby. Got the train from Haneda airport to Takasago (need to check as all trains don’t go there but Google translate helps get advice from locals). From there a quick can ride ( could walk in 15-20 minutes but too much baggage to drag). Staff were very nice and helpful and managed to get early check in for an extra $50 which was worth it after a 7 hour night flight. Very relaxing place to stay, extremely clean and well managed. They have 10 other sites in Tokyo to choose from. Uber eats delivers if you are exhausted. Uber also works. Go taxis experience wasn’t very good. You can also hail taxis in more populated areas and...

Room is perfectly sized for family of 3. Fully equipped with appliances, dining table and chairs.

Within 5 minutes walk distance from subway. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood, and a supermarket just around the corner for supper or next day morning bites.

Great attention to details. Appreciative to received a birthday card and small treats on the day of my daughter birthday....
