Hashigo — Restaurant in Tokyo

I was looking around for a ramen shop, and came across this place on Google. I thought I’d give it a try. I came during lunch, and the first thing you’ll notice is that this place is crowded with business attire customers. Me and my family felt a little out of place as we had kids with us and was dressed pretty casual. Anyway, the service was good, the waitress was able to speak Chinese with us, which is a big plus. The food came out pretty quickly, and at first, the pork meat looks very thick, but was decently soft, at least the first bite, it got a little harder as I moved to other pieces. Go-to place for tantanmen (or dandanmien)! 5 mins walk from Shintomicho (Yurakucho Line) or 10 mins from Hatchobori (Hibiya, Keiyo lines). This branch is not as popular as their Ginza branch but it can still get crowded at night. Have to check store hours postCovid but usually open til midnight. Pictured is #4 on menu (double pork serving), #1 on menu is single pork. Server will ask if you want gohan (rice) to go with your order (just ask if you want refill!) We traveled from Germany and arrived Tokyo at late night and were very hungry. Fortunately, we found this place not far from the hotel. We were very happy having a very delicious ramen as our first meal in Tokyo. The atmosphere in the restaurant was very comfortable.
