Yakiniku Bouya Nippori — Restaurant in Tokyo

Came here for dinner with some foreign friends who hadn’t tried Japanese Wagyu Yakiniku before, so I thought this would be a good place since it had solid ratings and I noticed many Japanese locals dining here. Overall, the taste and price weren’t too bad, but I have to admit the experience was disappointing that night.

It felt like our table may have been taken advantage of, since we were mostly foreigners. I can’t confirm it for sure, but some of the cuts we received didn’t match the quality we actually ordered. For example, instead of proper center cuts, the meat felt more like edge pieces. We also ordered the premium thick Wagyu tongue, but what arrived were diced bits nothing like the photo, yet we were still charged the same premium price.

Since it was the first experience for my friends, and because one of them was leaving Japan, I didn’t want to ruin the dining atmosphere, so I chose not to speak up at the time. We started off with the 7-cuts selection so we can try all of their recommended cuts before deciding what to order more. We ordered store special salad to have it with Yakiniku. If you’ve never ordered salad in Yakiniku place, you should try it. They usually come with store special salad dressing. Mostly salt, shoyu and sesame oil. It went so well with Yakiniku. ขอบ่นก่อนค่ะค่อยเข้าโหมดรีวิว แย่มากค่ะ มาญี่ปุ่นตั้ง 9 วันได้กินแค่วันเดียว เพิ่งกินเสร็จเลยค่ะ ต้องรีบมารีวิวเลยเพราะตามรีวิวมาเหมือนกัน ว่าเนื้อดีมากรีวิวดีมาก หลังจากมากินเองแล้วถ่ายรูปมาเป็นหลักฐาน คุณคะ เนื้อวัวหรือซาซิมิ ไม่มีกลิ่นเลย ดิบก็ไม่มีกลิ่น เสิร์ฟมาไม่มีเลือดไหลซักหยด แล้วดูราคาค่ะ 16,xxxเยน กินกัน 2คน ประมาณ 3,600+ บาท ไม่ถึง 4 พัน ตอนแรกพยายาม walk-in ปรากฏว่ารับเฉพาะจองล่วงหน้าเท่านั้น แล้วระหว่างทริปมีว่างให้จองแค่วันนี้ก็รีบจองเลย แล้วก็ตามนี้ค่ะ กินไปน้ำตาจะไหล เนื้อเอย เกลือ วาซาบิ ซอสหมักเนื้อ ซอสbbq(ออกหวานอร่อยค่ะ) มันเข้ากันไปหมด แต่แนะนำจิ้มแค่เกลือวาซาบิจะได้ดื่มด่ำความเนื้อพรีเมียมที่สุด แล้วทุกวันก็ต้องเดินผ่านร้านทุกวันโดยที่กินไม่ได้ได้กินแค่วันเดียว พรุ่งนี้ร้านก็ปิดอีก แย่มากค่ะ จะกลับไทยไม่ได้กินแล้ว อยากกินอีก 😭

เรื่องอาหาร คุณภาพ ความสด รสชาติ ดีมาก อาหารค่อยๆออก ถ้าโต๊ะเต็มเขาก็ยังไม่เอามา ทำดีมากเทียบกับราคาเท่านี้ กินร้านเนื้อร้านอื่นก็มีราคาเท่านี้ไม่ดีอย่างนี้ ถ้าสั่งข้าวถ้วยกลางหรือใหญ่อาจจะอิ่มเกินไปมากๆถ้าสั่งเท่านี้ ดีที่สั่งแค่ถ้วยเล็ก

ความคุ้มค่า ดีมากๆ คุณภาพขนาดนี้ ราคาเท่านี้พอใจมาก

บรรยากาศในร้าน ร้านเล็ก เดินเข้าออกเบียดโต๊ะข้างๆเล็กน้อย แต่ก็เหมือนร้านทั่วไปในญี่ปุ่นที่จะค่อนข้างแคบ เลยให้ 4 ดาว ตอนนั่งกินไม่ถึงกับอึกอัด

บริการ พนักงานสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษเป็นคำๆได้ แต่ให้ 4 ดาวเพราะหลังๆต้องเรียก 2 ครั้งถึงมาเปลี่ยนตะแกรงทีนึง หรือเติมน้ำทีนึง แต่นอกนั้นพอใจหมด

เพิ่มเติม ต้องจองเท่านั้น ร้านน่าจะปิดวันจันทร์ ใครใส่เสื้อคลุมมามีช่องเก็บของขนาดค่อนข้างใหญ่ใต้ที่นั่ง กินเสร็จอย่าลืมเอาไปด้วย แนะนำให้สั่งเนื้อดีๆไปเลย มันดีจริงๆเพราะราคาคุ้มค่ามาก แต่่ก็ไม่เห็นใครสั่งเซทนี้เหมือนกัน เซทที่คนอื่นสั่งก็ดูลายสวยเหมือนกัน ยังไงก็ลองชั่งน้ำหนักดูนะคะ

ได้กินแค่วันเดียว ขอให้ร้านเจริญรุ่งเรืองเปิดสาขาเยอะๆสาธุ...
