Having stayed in many "business" style hotels in the Tokyo & Yokohama areas this place has been the best. The key card style is convenient, as you don't need to stop at the front desk when coming & going. Very clean. Stylish lobby and halls. Bed is comfy. Housekeeping is tops. Shower is great. Bathroom overall is excellent. Even has a heated mirror. The room was well designed with everything you expect in a Japanese hotel of this type. The free wifi worked flawlessly on my tablet and I was able to stream Netflix with no lag issues. The view of Yokohama Stadium was a nice bonus. Kanai Station is a short(7 min) walk. Chinatown and it's plethora of restaurants is 2 short blocks away. There's a Lawson convenience store connected to the main hotel entrance. There's also a very good Italian restaurant adjacent on the other side of the entrance. The breakfast buffet there was well worth the 1080¥. My one complaint would be the laundry dryer took a really long time and was expensive.

Read moreWe stayed here for 3 nights prior to a cruise. It is a 15 minute walk to the cruise terminal. As noted, it is right next to the entrance to Chinatown and convenient to the Kannai station for transportation. Yes, the room was small, a double bed with one side against the wall and very little space to put your clothes if you want to unpack. There is a small table, an ottoman and space under the desk. I would rather have a small dresser in place of those things. We saw the "2 twins" room and that was much bigger. Should have gone that route. That said, the hotel is modern and clean. There is a hot water kettle in the room, and they have supplies available in the lobby for a variety of tea and coffee. We chose to not have daily room cleaning, however, each day the room attendant left a bag with fresh towels, water, trash bag and other helpful supplies hung on our door. We paid about $62 per night with the yen at 150 to the USD, a...
Read moreA roomy hotel room by Japanese standards and the location was great. There was a station nearby allowing easy transfer from airport (Haneda) to the hotel. Short walk from station to hotel.||Chinatown is nearby so there was a lot of good food choices. I had a meal at a nearby Japaneses restaurant and also found good food choices in Chinatown.||Breakfast at the hotel was quite comprehensive with something to suit all tastes. The bonus was an onsite barista and unlimited cappuccinos or lattes. Easy walk to nearby shopping street for those little items you might have forgotten to pack.||I stayed here pre-cruise and it was possible to walk to the pier for embarkation. I use a walking stick and still managed to get to the pier on a very hot day. For anyone looking for a comfortable and conveniently located hotel and a reasonable price I would recommend this one. I will most likely stay there again before...
