It was refreshing the see all the dogs and I can see they are all being taken care of. One of the things I'm disappointed in is the lack of interaction between the staff and customer. They explained all the rules very quickly and it was unclear since she was wearing a mask. Also they were busy playing with the dogs instead of the customer so I don't understand why they just don't let us customer enjoy the moment. The staff also refused to interact with you unless you buy snacks I mean what's the harm of going around and ask how is it? Would you like some pictures? They were only busy with one person who bought the snack 😆 in the end we just ended up watching the staff playing with the dogs. I won't...

I had a really wonderful morning with nine Samoyeds at the cafe. I went at the opening time (10am) and was very lucky to be the only customer. As I went alone, barely speaking Japanese, all the staff were very kind and helpful. They told me the names of the dogs and lured them towards me (the dogs would rather play among themselves, or drink water, but it was already a joy just to watch them). I also did the 30-minute walking experience where you can walk one dog assisted by a staffer. We walked Sora, the big brother with blue eyes, to the harbor and back. I really recommend...

This was such a heart-warming experience. The dogs were excited to see people, and we had unlimited pats ❤️ We are from Canada, and the staff was so helpful with written English rules. They brought dogs to us with treats and told us their names. The communication was amazing. The dogs are well cared for and get adopted between 1-2 years. You can buy treats for 100 yen or just walk around and pet the dogs. Walks outside are possible but that is extra as well. We didn't do either option and had so much fun. It was a nice break from all the walking, haha. Can't recommend this...
