ザ・ホテル湯沢スターダスト（THE HOTEL YUZAWA STARDUST） — Hotel in Yuzawa

We had a wonderful stay at this villa! The property is easily accessible by both train and car. It’s very spacious and equipped with all the amenities you could need. The kitchen is large and has plenty of utensils, and the bedrooms are clean and comfortable, each with separate beds.

The play and party area is big and full of fun activities — our kids especially loved it! The karaoke setup is great, with a big TV and excellent sound quality. The barbecue setup is also nice and has everything needed for grilling.

However, the barbecue area instructions could be clearer. We weren’t sure exactly where to use the setup, and it accidentally triggered a fire alarm, leading to some inconvenience. In Japan, where safety rules are taken very seriously, this caused us to lose a bit of our relaxation time. Having clear guidelines and better ventilation in the barbecue area would make it perfect.

Even though the property is unmanned, the caretaker was very kind, polite, and helpful. Overall, it’s a perfect place for families and groups to enjoy a relaxing...

冬場に宿泊したため寒かったですが、全室にヒーターがあったため良かったです。特に予備の灯油も用意されていたのがとても助かりました。 1階のパーティルームは広く、ガスコンロやお皿、コップも多数用意されてたため、10人以上のパーティにも利用できると思いました。

2022/2/8 追記1 オーナーから ☆5 でない理由を聞かれましたので、こちらにも記載します。(一部、オーナーへの回答とは表現が異なる部分はありますが、内容は同じです。) 以下、オーナへの回答 =============== ・☆5でない理由 1：アクセス 越後湯沢駅からの距離が web に記載の内容と異なっていた。 ※楽天トラベルに記載の情報では、「交通アクセス：ガーラ湯沢駅より徒歩にて約２分」とのことだったが、2分では到着できない。徒歩 10分程度は要する。

2：駐車場 近場に駐車場がない

・☆4でない理由 1：キッチンのお湯 宿泊1日目の夜は問題なくお湯が出ていたが、2日目の朝は20分近く出しっぱなしにしてもお湯が出なかった。 2：パーティールームの暖房器具など パーティールームに暖房器具がヒーター2つとエアコンが設置されてあったが、それらを利用しても全体的に寒かった。 キッチンなどから流れてくる冷気が多かった。 3：wifi 2種類のSSIDとpassが記載されていたが、片方のSSIDに接続できなかった。 (私でけなく、複数の人のスマートフォンで同様の症状が発生) 以上、オーナへの回答...
