The team here are just superb; I can't state that enough - they really make the place sing.
During our stay one of our group fell ill (exhaustion); their absence from dinner was immediately noticed by an attentive member of the hotel and every offer of help / support you can think of was extended. In my stays at other high end resorts / hotels I've never experienced this level of awareness and care; I'd recommend this hotel based on this experience alone.
The hotel itself is still under construction at our time of stay and is in the soft opening phase. The rooms are modern, tidy and quiet. The proximity to supermarkets/restaurants/tours is exceptional (about 5 minutes walk at most). There is ample parking out front. Overall you can see where they're going with the design and i think once its finished it will easily be the nicest place to stay here. The WIFI for me wasn't great (it was unstable) but, the building itself is very well connected (it has Fibre) so once they iron that out it will be fine.
The restaurant's food is exceptional. We've had some of the best food of our trip here and the chef is also really attentive and quick to explain local dishes and provides encouragement to give them a shot :D
Again, it's the people that make...
Read moreTldr very nice and clean hotel with very smiley, friendly and helpful staff, big breakfast and great view.
We stayed at this hotel for 1 night as a couple visiting Petra. We were allowed to do early check in as it was low season. We were welcomed with a glass of pomegranate juice (delicious). After check in the receptionist recommended we do Petra from the back entrance. He ordered a cab for us (25 JOD) and we paid another 5 JOD there at little Petra for a truck to take us to the entrance. Side note: is it worth it ? Yes if you want to go straight to monastery and avoid the 800 steps up. You'll have to descend on the 800 steps but instead of going from main entrance and back (about 16km) you can do it one way for 8km which is enjoyable. Anyway noted you'll be like a walking wallet at Little Petra so expect it. The hotel breakfast was huge so much so we couldn't finish it despite being two foodies. Rooms were massive with balcony, massive king bed and overall very clean. The receptionist also organised our transport to Wadi Rum for 60 JOD.
Overall highly recommended for the hospitality and friendly atmosphere on top of the great food and...

We were greeted by Afnan & Deema at the reception, both were very sweet and polite and explained to us everything we need to know, and they were very patient with us, we were very big group with children and everyone arrived at separate times.
We drove all the way from Amman and arrived starving, so they recommended to head to their cafe upstairs and try some of the food
The cafe has such a nice terrace and beautiful view, especially at night, not to be missed, the chicken fajita sandwich are a must to try 🙌🏻
They have a good spread for breakfast from fresh fruits to cooked meals. Some of us had dietary requirements and Haitham at the restaurant, has accommodated for them with no hesitations, and was very understanding and professional.
And special thanks to the house manager, Mr. Khaled for going above and beyond to make sure our stay was smooth and comfortable right to...
