Well furnished with a washer and a great balcony with a relatively nice view. we viewed several apartment and received a nice welcome. master bedroom large and spacious. Clean dispenser drinking water. Polite and professional staff. Housekeeping comes in daily to arrange and clean. Dorcas the housekeeper who came to the apartment during our stay was very professional and polite. No smoking facility which is great. They listen and address any concerns in a timely manner.||||Cons: alot of coming and going to the apartment from staff for repairs, laundry, looking for other staff etc which can be tiresome.||||Recommend the place and will stay again...

The worst stay I had. I went with my 2 kids and I’m 28 weeks pregnant. I had got a confirmation email on 3rd November confirming my booking. When I messaged them on 9th asking the location when I was on the way to the area they said they had not confirmed me and the lady who sent me the confirmation was no longer working there. When I reached the apartment the water in the sink was block, no drainage. The electricity in the room was not working. It took ages for hot water to come in. The fridge didn’t close properly so nothing stayed cold. And the fan was broken so it was hot and uncomfortable in the room. There was mosquitos in the room. My 5yr old and 2yr were so unconformable throughout the night. When I sent them videos and pictures of all of these things and informed them on the first night itself regarding all of this they just thanked me for them. I asked them for some kind of compensation or to shift me they completely refused until 2 staff members came and one of them threatened me that the security will not open the gate if I don’t make the full payment. I would never stay with them again. I had initially stayed with them in July and a woman called Cynthia helped me and was SUPER. Her hosting skills and welcoming was amazing and that’s why I came again. It’s a shame she doesn’t work for them anymore because the staff now are rude and and def not...

The host was Carol; a rude and unprofessional caretaker. She must be called out. She must be dismissed. Everything was wrong but worst of all was her attitude. I would recommend no guests every stays here. And the property should be blacklisted from BOOKING.COM till she is dismissed. She then tries to reverse accuse me of threatening her. The guards and the building caretaker know me from my last 3 visits: Justus and Teresa and they will be happy to testify.||Disliked · At early check in the room was not ready. The apartment was filthy and had not been cleaned. When I was moved to another apartment the room was windowless. The other rooms were locked though there were no guests. I asked for a change of room. Carol was defensive and aggressive from the start. She was late to work; and did not show up until 11 am (owners: please note). Upon coming up she asked me "check out".
