he place itself is nice, but I had a very unpleasant experience with one of your waitstaff, a lady named Faith. When we sat down, she handed the menu only to my husband — simply because he is white — and completely ignored me, even though I was seated right next to him.

This was not only rude but also discriminatory. You can verify this incident by reviewing your cameras. Sadly, this is not the first time I’ve experienced such treatment at different Artcafé locations, and it is unacceptable.

No one should be made to feel like a second-class citizen in their own country, Kenya, especially by staff in an establishment that prides itself on good service. I hope this issue is addressed seriously to ensure no other customer experiences...

I am making this review because of one meal that I really enjoyed at art cafe the cube " the Kyoto meat bowl". I understand it's a new addition to the menu and I must say it is a savory meal. I enjoyed it yesterday 10th June and I had to come back for it today. What I love most about it is the healthy serving which incorporates a tasty salad and very nice meat balls.
