Honestly it has potential but not good. In most places in Kenya we came across with very strict security at hotels, not this one, the door was always unlocked and when coming and going we didn’t always see security. Reception staff was nice on check in, but on the next day we’re knocking on our door about leaving when we had paid for late check out. The room was pretty dark, and the beds felt pretty dirty and the sheets made for us scratching, we did ask for new pillows cases because the ones provided initially were unacceptable. We had paid for breakfast at check in but got told no at the restaurant (more like a bar) and had to prove we did pay for it. The breakfast was very disappointing: it was only toast, butter egg and tomato. Tea and coffee as drinks, when requested a juice we were told not included. Security let my friend park her car inside the gates and always opened the gate for me when I was walking in and out. Good value for money especially for this area. New building and hotel, spacious and clean room. Staff were friendly and trying to be helpful.||The staff seemed very confused about payment- they had said cash only and that I could pay with pounds. Read moreThe location is good as it is close to 2 malls and a Supermarket.||||The staff seemed friendly and assist if you need help from them.||||There were lots of mosquitoes but as an African I was used to seeing mosquitoes even if not always this many.||||We met half used toilet paper when we checked into the room and the room we stayed in was cleaned only once upon request throughout our stay and we stayed for 4 nights. No one came to try clean the room or offer daily renewables like soap, toilet paper, etc.||||We had to watch the local TV which was in Swahili and did not have interesting programming anyway.||||I have stayed in a nicer hotel in Kenya on a prior visit and I think I would explore other options next...
