Good location if you want to be fairly central with a few minutes walk to plenty of bars. Uber is very efficient and cheap here if you want to travel out. The staff were very good and the restaurant/bar is 24/7 (I believe). Room was lovely. Overall, although I think Nairobi is a little on the expensive side, this was ok. I tried to book again for after the safari but it was more expensive so i went to the Swiss Belinn instead, which was cheaper and the same standard (a little further away but again, Uber and Bolt are super efficient and cheap here). TIPS FOR FOREIGNERS COMING INTO KENYA:1. Get your currency outside of Kenya, the exchange rate here, particularly at the airport, is absolutely awful - I found them to be offering upto 35% less than the actual rate. 2. You only really need a small amount of cash here - most places you will visit accept card. 3. DO NOT BUY A TELKOM SIM CARD. It is absolutely useless, even in Nairobi but does not work AT ALL on safari. 4. Uber and Bolt are very good here. 5. If you are doing safari and your trip does not include the national park fees (payable in USD), make sure you get those before arriving - the banks and ATMs here are very unreliable if you want USD. 6. Do not pay extortionate hotel prices for laundry - find a local company who will collect and deliver your laundry for a fraction of the price like Smartfua Laundromat. 7. If you go on Safari, try not to sit on the back of the vehicle - it gets VERY bumpy. Have...

Pride Inn is a TOP-TIER pick for travelers craving comfort and convenience! 🏨✨ The rooms are sleek, modern, and spotlessly clean—think plush beds that swallow you whole after a long day, plus amenities like flat-screen TVs and speedy Wi-Fi (a lifesaver for remote work!). The breakfast buffet? CHEF’S KISS 🍳🥐—fluffy pancakes, fresh fruit, and made-to-order omelets that’ll fuel your Nairobi adventures. The staff? Absolute superstars 🌟—warm, efficient, and always ready with a smile (shoutout to the front desk for nailing my last-minute requests!).

Dinner at their in-house restaurant was a win: juicy grilled meats, flavorful vegetarian options, and desserts that hit the sweet spot. The pool area is a serene oasis 🏊♂️, though it could use more loungers on busy days. Location-wise, it’s golden—easy access to the CBD, shopping hubs, and highways.

Minor gripes? Parking feels tight during peak hours, and the gym could use an equipment upgrade. But honestly, the value for money here is stellar 💥—whether you’re here for business or leisure, Pride Inn delivers reliability with a sprinkle of luxury. Pro tip: Grab a sunset cocktail at the rooftop bar—views + vibes = unmatched! 🍹🌇 9/10 – will return...

I recently attended a conference that honestly left me feeling proud to have been part of it. Everything ran so smoothly—it was clear that a lot of thought and care went into the planning. From registration to the final session, everything flowed without a hitch, which made it really easy to just relax and enjoy the experience.

A huge shoutout to Sabrina and Mearcy—their dedication and professionalism truly stood out. You could tell they put their heart into making sure everything ran seamlessly. Whether it was coordinating the schedule, helping attendees, or just making sure the small details were right, they really went above and beyond.

The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and there was a real sense of pride in how the whole thing was put together. It felt polished but never stiff—just the right balance.

And the food? Absolutely amazing. High-quality, well-prepared, and with great variety. Every meal and snack break felt like a treat, not just an afterthought.

Overall, it was a well-organized, meaningful event that left a great impression. Big thanks again to Sabrina and Mearcy for making it such a standout experience. Looking forward to the next...

PrideInn Westlands Luxury Boutique Hotel is the kind of place that makes you forget you’re in Nairobi’s chaos the moment you walk in. Tucked right in the heart of Westlands, it manages to mix business-class vibes with a splash of cozy boutique charm. The rooms? Clean, chic, and spacious enough that you’ll want to extend your stay “just one more night.” The beds are so comfortable you might even miss breakfast (and trust me, you don’t want to miss it—the buffet feels like a mini world tour). What makes it stand out is the service—staff here are warm, professional, and somehow remember small details that make you feel at home. The rooftop and lounge areas are perfect for winding down after meetings or sneaking in a selfie with Nairobi’s skyline in the background. Location is a win—you’re walking distance from malls, restaurants, and the nightlife that makes Westlands famous. Whether you’re here for a conference, a weekend staycation, or just to spoil yourself, PrideInn Westlands knows how to deliver that "luxury but personal" touch. Only downside? You’ll start comparing every other hotel stay to this one—and most won’t measure up.

Pride Inn Westlands is a lovely hotel in the heart of Westlands. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. We had some delicious food, noodles, butter chicken, dhal and some amazing mango mousse cake. Charles our waiter was fantastic, he even gave us some ice in a plastic glove for my daughter who fell earlier. The manager, Dora was so kind and hospitable, she even checked on us and recommended some of the dishes on the menu and she introduced us to the pastry chef. We had a chance to see one of the rooms which is beautifully decorated. We will definitely come back, thanks

October 2024 5* Stayed only one night at PrideInn property. They have multiple properties. Nothing wrong here but PrideInn Azure is more happening and big. Rooms are spacious and clean. Beds are comfortable and cozy. Washroom is clean. The only challenge is that there is no hand shower so it is tricky to take shower if you don’t want your hairs to get wet. Did not try the breakfast so I can not comment. Staff was very nice and helpful.
