Hyatt House Nairobi Westlands — Hotel in Nairobi

Stayed at the Hyatt Place in October for 2 nights, before going on a safari.|The hotel is very large, modern and in perfect condition. High security too, with guards checking cars, metal detectors, x-ray machines. All staff were friendly.||Hyatt place and Hyatt house share the same building.||The breakfast choice was great, with some omelettes/eggs made to order. Great view from the restaurant/bar floor/reception area. Loved the decor, like the 4x4 car used as a coffee shop.||Room was very large, and well furnished, comfortable beds. Large TV screen, efficient A/C, powerful shower, spotless.||The only issue was the pool. Water was very cold/freezing. Also, it's quite small with only 3 or 4 loungers, and it's in the shadow in the afternoon. Don't stay at that hotel for the pool.||Hotel is located just opposite a modern, fairly upmarket shopping mall (2 min walk), with many shops, a large Carrefour supermarket and a nice open sky food court on...

I had such a wonderful stay at Hyatt Place.|| From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. The check-in process was smooth and quick, which I appreciated.||Exceeded my expectation.||||The room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed , with a very comfortable bed that made it hard to get up in the morning! ||I also loved the modern touches and how quiet it was, perfect for resting despite being in the heart of the city . ||||Breakfast had a good variety and delicious too. For this reason i was never missing breakfast. || The location is also very convenient, close to the mall (sarit) and alot of other amenities.||Overall, Hyatt Place really exceeded my expectations. It was great hosting event and our participants and trainers here in Hyatt Place. We have had an amazing time and would definitely recommend anyone considering to choose it. In our 5 day event, we were will supported by Winny and Samwel. Winny made sure all the arrangements were done, checking in on our needs for the next day and making sure that our event was smooth.
