I had attended Chowpaty in Diamond Plaza last week and was horrified by the service and lack of care from the staff there. After being shown to our table, no one came to take our order. When I tried to get the attention of the waiters, they looked at me, ignored me, and even made dismissive comments saying it wasn’t their table. From that moment, I decided I would never attend a Chowpaty restaurant again.
However, since my girlfriend is Jain and options are limited, we gave the Westlands branch a try - and I’m glad we did, because Patrick completely turned things around. From the moment we walked in, he attended to us with genuine warmth and professionalism. He guided us through the menu patiently, ensuring my girlfriend’s Jain requirements were met, while also accommodating my intolerances to dairy, gluten, cashew nuts, and green peas. He was attentive throughout the meal, regularly checking on us, and I noticed he offered the same care to other tables as well.

The vast menu covers a lot of items, my favourites would be; Special Garlic chips, Chili Paneer, Methi naan with Paneer Bhurji, Hyderabadi Biryani and the ganga-jamna juice.
