Avoid at All Costs – Filthy, Unhygienic, and Completely Unprofessional This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I have ever had. If I could give zero stars, I would. The conditions were so disgusting that we had to leave early—something I have never had to do before. First, the check-in process was a complete disaster. The hotel never sent the check-in information, so we had to chase them just to get access to the room. That should have been the first red flag. Once inside, things only got worse. The room was absolutely filthy. Mold was growing in multiple areas, the toilet and bathroom floor were disgusting, and even the bedding was dirty—who knows if it had even been changed from the last guest! The entire place felt completely unclean and unsafe. We complained twice and asked for a different room, but the staff did absolutely nothing to help. No apology, no action—just indifference. It was clear they did not care about guest experience or even basic hygiene. With no other option, we had to leave and find somewhere else to stay. Since then, I’ve tried contacting the manager, but of course, no refund has been offered. This place is a total scam—taking people’s money while providing dangerous, unsanitary conditions. Do yourself a favor and stay far away. There are plenty of other hotels that will at least provide a clean and livable space. Booking.com should seriously reconsider listing this property.

We booked and paid through Booking.com, and only after payment, without any prior notice, they forced us to pay extra “cleaning fees” that were never mentioned before. When I questioned the overcharge, the hotel blamed Booking, but Booking later confirmed that the extra fees were added by the hotel itself. The room was infested with cockroaches of all sizes (see photos). When we reported it, maintenance came at 11 p.m. to spray the room while we were still inside — completely unsanitary and unacceptable. We were not offered any option to change rooms, despite the clear hygiene issue. They also hold a 200 MYR deposit, which they return between 2 and 7 days after checkout, with no option to pay cash and receive it immediately. The room wasn’t even properly cleaned, with hair in the shower and bathroom, and there was food left in the freezer from previous guests. It’s the kind of place that looks nice and high-quality in photos, but in reality, it’s one of the most rundown and disappointing places I’ve seen in years. After two decades of traveling, this is by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Absolutely not recommended.

The room was ok, I stay here twice during my trip. All their room are owned and managed by different owner. My 1st room was good then we came back few more days we rebook and have another owner different room was bad. And make my words if you are renting a car and you wish to stay here please don't because the free parking slot are only lesser then 10. If U park on the basement you need to pay, per entry RM5 and if u left your car overnight I remember I went back around 9:30PM and left the parking around 8AM I paid RM15 which was so disappointing. I will never stay here again if Im using a car. And during my stay I dono why in the morning the fire alarm kept ringing all over the building but no one cares and nothing happen ,I believe the fire alarm has problem ,kept ringing on ans off about 1hour or mayb more as I already check out after that

The room was ok, I stay here twice during my trip. All their room are owned and managed by different owner. My 1st room was good then we came back few more days we rebook and have another owner different room was bad. And make my words if you are renting a car and you wish to stay here please don't because the free parking slot are only lesser then 10. My friend and I visited this hotel and our experience was appalling….

Avoid at All Costs – Dirty, Unsafe, and Completely Unprofessional This was hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. If zero stars were possible, that’s exactly what this place would get. The conditions were so poor we had no choice but to leave early—something I’ve never had to do on a trip before. To start, the check-in process was a mess. We never received the necessary information and had to chase the hotel just to get access to the room. That alone was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. But once we got inside, things went from bad to worse. The room was filthy—there was visible mold, the toilet and bathroom floor were disgusting, and even the bedding appeared used and unwashed. The entire space felt unsanitary and completely unfit for guests. We reported the issues and requested a new room—twice—but staff did absolutely nothing. No response, no effort, no apology. The level of indifference was shocking. It was clear they had no interest in resolving anything. We were left with no option but to leave the property entirely. Since then, I’ve reached out to the manager, and—unsurprisingly—no refund or resolution has been offered. This hotel is a complete scam, taking guests’ money while offering an environment that’s not just uncomfortable, but potentially unsafe. Do not stay here. There are plenty of other accommodations that at the very least meet basic hygiene and service standards. Booking.com seriously needs to review whether this property should remain on...
