The reception is like a cage: you give your passport and the money through a metal rack. There are two receptionists, and both of them smoke at the hotel: the older man smokes in the area with chairs facing several rooms, and the other one does so in his cage. Not only is it not allowed to smoke indoors, but the smoke also gets into the rooms. As soon as I entered the room, I noticed that the bedsheets smelled, they had not been changed since the previous guests. There were two beds in the room, so I asked for the bedsheets to be changed at least on one bed, the one I would be using. The receptionist changed them immediately and said "sorry", but well, what an idea to offer a guest a room with used bedsheets, hoping that they wouldn't notice! Read moreI take a night here cause of work. The staff is no problem at all, he did show me the room before I confirmed to take my stay. The room got several issues, sound proof and cleanliness, i heard someone using mortar before 6 in the morning, and sounds like someone watching drama, till very late, and very early in the morning… As for cleanliness, some corner didn’t cleanup properly in the bathroom, there is still a cigarette butt left on the floor. A small cockroach walking under the bed, i failed to stomp it before it hide it self. The electric socket are not on a proper position, since we are all using phones and meed to charge over night while sleeping, but only 2 socket near the TV, and the height is not phone...
