I visited this indoor playground twice on weekdays and found it relatively quiet, with fewer than five children during both visits. However, I have not had the chance to experience the weekend crowd, so I’m unable to comment on how busy it gets then.
The entry fee is $38 on weekdays and $49 on weekends. Socks are required for both adults and children, and they are available for purchase at the counter if needed.
My daughter enjoyed her time at the playground. There are tables and chairs provided near the entrance where parents can sit and relax. While this is convenient, it also means some parents tend to remain seated and disengaged, leaving their children unsupervised. During one of our visits, we encountered a child displaying very rowdy behavior, and unfortunately, their guardian was not present in the play area.
A point of concern is the lack of on-ground staff inside the playground. Only one staff member was stationed at the counter, and there was no one overseeing the activities within the play area. This highlights the importance of parental supervision and active involvement.
Cleanliness is another area that could be improved. On both visits, I noticed used tissue paper left in the sandpit, which had not been cleared. Considering how common illnesses like Hand, Foot and Mouth Disease are among children, regular cleaning and disinfection should be a priority.
Additionally, some of the slides showed signs of wear and tear, with surface damage that could pose a safety risk if not addressed.
Overall, while the concept and setup are promising, I hope the management takes steps to improve cleanliness, safety maintenance, and supervision to ensure a better and safer experience for...
Read moreWe visited the Cocomelon Playground by Toy World at Aeon Bukit Indah and had a great experience. It’s RM38 per child with one accompanying adult, which I think is fair given that there’s no time limit and they allow multiple entry — so your child can pop out for a toilet break or snack and return to keep playing. We arrived at 10:45 am on a Monday and had the place pretty much to ourselves for a while, though it got busy by about 12:30 pm. The play area is spacious with plenty of activities to keep kids entertained for hours. My daughter had such a great time that it was hard to convince her to leave, and she’s already asking to come back. Remember to bring grip socks; if you forget, they sell them at...
