Happy Hotel Kota Bharu — Hotel in Kelantan

The Happy Hotel is really the best hotel I stayed when I was in Kota Bharu for processing my NonB. I have stayed for 4 days and all I can say is that they are very generous and accomodating with their customers. Stepping through the lobby, i was immediately shock with their friendly and at home coffe area and take note it's all free! I love the welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. The staffs throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. I cannot imagine how good they are to serve you 24/7 and helped me with my problems with my papers. The smile in their faces whenever you see them makes your mood different in a way that you will smile back at them.The services they offer were really amazing! They will help you not to feel bored while waiting for your NonB, they will give you a ride and take you to different places wherein you can take photos as a remembrance to keep. The location of the hotel is great and you can go to Thai Embassy around 5-10mins. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourists who want to go Kota Bharu in terms of processing their Non B or want to enjoy as well Will be back to this place soon..!!!

If you are in Thailand and plan to process your Non-B visa in Kota Bharu, I highly recommend this Hotel for the treatment that you will receive is excellent. The hospitality of the owner exudes. And while waiting for the approval of your visa after you submitted your requirements to the Thai Consulate Office, the owner will give you a tour of some picture-perfect spots in Kota Bharu. He will also take you to some famous local restaurants and cafes. If you book or check in other affordable hotels in Kota Bharu, you might not experience the latter. I stayed at Happy Hotel for two weeks, and I have to say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the owner is very generous and he also gave everyone free tour.

What truly made this stay special, though, were the memories I created. I met some amazing people, and we all had so much fun together, whether it was at the themed events or just hanging out in the common areas. It felt like a little getaway paradise, and I definitely left with a smile on my face and some incredible stories to share.
