We were entirely delighted by the settings at this Boutique hotel. The lobby is very homely with a couch set against the wall painted with graphics. A high table set against a large glass window overlooking the famous Siti Khadijah Market. Sit on the high stool there, sip hot tea and enjoy the bustling street below. A rectangular glass dining table in the centre of the room for you to enjoy light breakfast consist of bread, coffee/tea provided FOC anytime you like it. And the most important part of the hotel is just a 3ft long counter to welcome you as soon as you reach the top of the staircase. The room we had was equally clean, spacious and simple with just a double bed, a writing desk, tv. Very minimal yet sufficient. Not to forget the staff (Mr Muiz)who run the hotel, they're very polite (trademark of Kelantan)๐and VERY HELPFUL๐ Easy to negotiate with๐(provided your requests are reasonable) Fast service ๐The KB STREET BOUTIQUE HOTEL completes and compliments our trip to Kota Bharu/ Kelantan on 4-8 Feb 23 via the 16hr-Jungle train from Johore Bharu ๐ Highly...

Beside that, the location of the hotel is near with Pasar Besar Siti Khadijah and Parkson Kota Bahru just walking distance and have Pasar Malam nearby
The main point I like to give comment for improvement is:

Access card lanyard very thick. you needto take out doot access card to...

The reception area was used as a socialising room at night. I had to get up two nights in a row at 10.40pm and 11.15pm to tell people to keep the noise down. The night front desk person was utterly hopeless in controlling the situation. The main reason I'm giving two stars instead of one is: 1) great location, next to main market and tourist sights, and 2) the day time front desk lady was excellent and...
