Pizza Hut Jalan Bangsar — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

I’ve been ordering from this Pizza Hut every couple of weeks for months, trusting them to deliver a consistent experience—but that trust is now gone.

On my latest order, they replaced a properly listed RM13 side with something completely different—something not even on the menu—and didn’t offer any explanation or apology. On top of that, one of the pizzas I ordered, which was supposed to come with buldak (Korean chili) sauce, had such a minimal amount that I couldn’t even taste it.

For a meal that cost nearly RM100, the quality and service were far below acceptable. I’m deeply disappointed and won’t be ordering from this...

MISSING FOOD, ALWAYS

Been ordering through Grab platforms for their pizzas. Missing items from the delivery is not uncommon. At the very least, 3 recent deliveries came without either missing sides, soup or chicken bites.

And today, even worst- My family of 3 had to share 2pax meal. (Missing pizza, side and a soup)

More funny thing is, Grab decided to refund only RM 3.

RM 3 for 1 pax meal. Seriously?

This is not just purely on the money, it also caused lots of problem as we need to figure out another person’s meal....

ordered a aloha chicken with extra cheese but i myself dont know what pizza or was it a pizza that i received... it was hopeless...very less toppings and tasted like eating a naan bread which was over cooked...i know you had alot of orders that day but that doesnt give you a reason to go down on your standards... how come other places can deliver a better quality pizza when its flooded with order also?? avoid this place ..go to other branches until they change the...
