DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND CHOOSE ANOTHER HOTEL! I booked and paid a 7 nights 2 bedrooms stay through Booking. I chose the superior bedrooms and some other preferences such as "rooms next to each other - rooms with a window and natural light.." and I had to pay extra for these and I did. When we arrived to the hotel, the staff at first asked us to pay a certain daily "tax" knowing that I already paid everything INCLUDING taxes through Booking. Obviously I refused and I asked them to double check my booking and that everything is clear in there. Then when it came to handing us our rooms, they do it randomly without checking the preferences or the extra you've already paid, they give you whatever rooms they feel like. When we checked the rooms, one at first was okay and the other one had no window then we had to go again ask them to change it, they weren't happy about it but they did. When we went to the rooms, and checked them well we found the sheets STAINED and DIRTY, the carpet and the walls were disgusting for both rooms, we went down AGAIN to tell them that the sheets were dirty and that we'd like them to change it, they did but the new sheets were dirty AGAIN!! so we asked AGAIN for a change, the staff became irritated and didn't believe us so they sent the (i guess) person in charge to check with us. He checked the rooms and said that someone will come to change the sheets and that's when i expressed that I'm not satisfied in a very polite way and that I had paid extra for comfort.. you know what he said: "Where did you book and pay?" I told him that I did online through Booking and that i paid all the 7 nights already through booking and his answer was: "then you call the online people to help you. You should have paid us here." And from that point all the staff became very hostile to us, ignoring our Hellos and acting like they're doing us a favor by letting us stay in their hotel.

Its ma Motel, not a hotel. Please dont book here of you're searching for a clean hotel. It's like 2 star not 3 star hotel. I fall for the pictures and booked here but once i stepped in, i regret it. 1. Dirty stains are everywhere. I mean EVERYWHERE. On the carpet on the floor, on the sheet that they change. On the so called clean towels that they put in the bathroom. In your cup. EVERYWHERE They change the sheets and there's a dirt on it.!! 2. I checked in around 4 am. And no one helped me with my luggage!! Also No one showed me the room!! 3. breakfast is not bad. But not excellent. It is 2 or 3 local foods with bread and butter. And 1 fruit which was watermelon during my stay. If you don't like Malaysian food you have to fed yourself with bread and butter. If i go back in time, i NEVER book this place again. I wish someone have told me ***Pay attention that there is no Safebox and refrigerator in rooms. Also no shampoo, toothpaste, soap, toothbrush, slippers would provided. ***

i have a great experience staying here, strategic hotel that close to anywhere, and the staff are so helpful and super kind. the breakfast are delicious (esp the chicken wings!). i love the scent of the liquid soap and the handwash (they smell fresh and a bit floral). but they don’t provide toothbrush and toothpaste. they changed the towels, cups, and bottle of water once when i went out. as well as carry out the trashes and changing the toilet paper. i could see beautiful night street from third floor. if you need to buy lotions or amenities, there’s a little shop next to the hotel (not 7-11). but sometimes i have trouble with the wifi, so it needs a bit of effort if you doing WFA and staying at this hotel

Our recent stay at the hotel presented several areas for improvement. The staff, while committed, could benefit from additional hospitality training to enhance guest interactions. We noticed a distinct odor in the lobby area which was somewhat unpleasant. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel, particularly in areas such as the carpets and rooms, needs significant attention.||||The parking facility also requires better maintenance for safety and cleanliness. We found the room's hygiene standards lacking, with evident dirt and an overpowering smell. In terms of value for money, considering the room's condition and the cost, there seems to be a disparity.||||The hotel's location is commendable, situated in a convenient part of the city. However, it may not be the most accessible choice for guests with different abilities, as the absence of valet service can be a challenge.||||Our experience with the breakfast service was underwhelming due to the limited selection and quality of food offered. The room amenities were quite basic, lacking essentials like bedside tables, lamps, and a fridge. We also encountered issues with inconsistent water temperature in the shower.||||The housekeeping services appeared to need improvement, as evidenced by the condition of the bedsheets and the room's carpet. The soundproofing of the rooms could also be enhanced for a more peaceful stay.||||While the reception staff made an effort to be welcoming, there seemed to be a general lack of warmth and attentiveness from the overall staff. The request for a deposit without clear justification and the pre-charge on our card were also points of concern.||||Overall, while the hotel boasts an excellent location, the level of service and accommodation quality does not match the price. A stay at a more budget-friendly establishment might offer a more satisfactory experience. We hope this feedback is helpful for the hotel to make necessary...
