Ordered drinks through foodpanda, after 1hr and my order have yet to arrive.
Thought they were really busy, so I reached out to cancel, shop said that I can cancel but refuses to refund me money, absolutely ridiculous and ludicrous. Only offer a RM 3 voucher which equals to naught.
1.5 hours in and I was informed by the foodpanda rider that the order has not yet been prepared even though the app has indicated that the drink is being prepared throughout the entire time. Absolutely incompetent, it is now 2 hours in and the drink has yet to arrive. Even if it did, the quality of the drink will not be there anymore since it has been too long.
Will not be ordering from this shop anymore, and I highly suggest if you dont want to waste your time and anger, to refrain from ordering from this shop.
I am usually not that fussy as I understand the hardships of the service / f&b industry, but I have not seen such an absolutely incompetent shop, terrible customer service, terrible efficiency, seems like it was owned by a bunch of snot-nosed overgrown frat brats using their parent's hard earned money, its a wonder they are still afloat.
Have never seen this audacity and entitlement from a shop telling me I can cancel my order but they wont refund me the money. Are we all giving out free money now???
From experience, typically these kind of problems with f&b shops (especially bubble tea shops) stems from the refusal of the owner to hire sufficient amount of workers to cater for the crowd in the greed of reducing the operation / labor cost to maximize profit. Most often the employees are the one being worked to hell and milked like cows. Absolutely obscene.

When I inquired about the status of my order with one staff member (a Chinese guy with glasses), he didn't bother to check the time of my order and provided a generic excuse. However, another staff member, a Chinese girl, acknowledged my situation and generously upgraded my drink to a larger size. So kudos to her for the service.
