It's very clean and proper, and generally the therapists are quite skilled. We had a fantastic full body massage, so we went back another day for foot reflexology. That's where I got a little disgruntled. Midway, my therapist was using a rod of sorts to rub up and down my sole, and to prod pressure points. While I think the pressure points were fine, the rubbing seemed like a cop out that didn't achieve anything much but occupied time nonetheless. So when she was "done" with my first foot, I was left feeling dissatisfied. Then I noticed that another therapist beside me was purely massaging without resorting to the stick, so I told mine to skip that. More crucially, I realised that at the end of the session, the rod was just left beside the bottle of lotion rather than taken away –pretry disturbing to imagine that it properly didn't get cleaned between customers! That's a more damning thought than feeling "cheated" about the time wasted. That said, I think the therapists here are all pretty competent and you just gotta be vocal about requesting for the pressure you want, or to skip parts that you deem unnecessary. For the 60min foot reflexology, you get about 10-15min of shoulder and back massage, which means you've got most of your body sorted out! Also, do note that they're very popular so book early. For same-day bookings, you stand a better chance for evening...

It took me awhile to get to this review since I had my massage session on the 1st of December. The fact that I still want to put in a review and also am a person who doesn't review places in general, would attest to the quality of the place that is Erawan.

I went in for a traditional thai massage and was pleasantly surprised when I was asked if I would like my massage to be hard, medium or soft by the counter staff. I've not encountered that before and based on my answer, my masseuse was chosen accordingly. Her name was Poo and she did such an amazing job!

I had come in achey and tired from a gruelling 1 week of back to back family events that resulted in a lot physical pain and tension upon my body. When the massage began, I had to fight the sleep that Poo managed to put me in (i very rarely sleep during massages) and sometimes succumbed to it for a quick nap (under 10 mins). When she moved to my back, I started tearing because of the tension and stresses that she was releasing in the process. It was like she knew where to knead or press more and where to press less. I really lucked out with my masseuse since it was my first time at Erawan.

Definitely worth a visit again as I really appreciated the ambience, the professionalism and of course, the...

A very unsatisfactory customer service rendered on 1st July 2018 (Sunday) at Erawan Nu Sentral at 7pm. Walked in at 6.30pm and was greeted by 2 ladies at the counter..I found the lady of taller height was very pleasant and the other lady of shorter height was very unpleasant. I didn't get their names so am describing them by their height. I was informed the next available appointment for a head, neck & shoulder massage was at 7.05pm..the lady of shorter height asked for my name n contact number. I spelt out my name but she did not bother to let me finish spelling my name and immediately proceeded to ask for my hp number. Ok fine, appointment was booked and she told me not to be late. If exceed 10 mins, my name will be cancelled. I replied ok and arrived back at the outlet at 7pm. The lady of shorter height then asked me whether I had booked an appointment. I answered her "Didn't I walk in half an hour ago to book an appointment?" She then replied in a sarcastic manner "Owh, we only remember our customers!!" I was shocked by her reply. Am I not a customer? Then, what am I? I was totally appalled and left the shop. This kind of "customer" service is totally unacceptable as she was being very obnoxious and displeasing. Totally very upset by the...

I took their 60-mins foot reflexology, which means 45-mins foot massage + 15-mins head and shoulder massage. The foot massage part was really not enjoyable, you can feel that the masseuse was not really experienced in it. I had resigned to accept that my 1 hour massage was wasted, until the last 15-mins head and shoulder massage started. WOW! It's heaven vs earth. Immediately can feel the difference with very enjoyable solid massage. After completion of the massage, I asked the receptionist if the lady was actually a specialist in body massage and not foot massage, and indeed she said yes, all these ladies from Thai are more specialized in body massage. No wonder it was so different! So, the conclusion is, if you want to massage here, do the right thing: take the body massage or at least head and shoulder massage, and NOT the foot massage.

The staff here are incredibly friendly and experienced. I actually dozed off during the massage; it was that relaxing and refreshing. The price list is justified by the quality of service provided. While waiting for your service, they also wash and massage your feet, which adds to the experience. The location is conveniently situated next to Kuala Lumpur Sentral. Today, I did a 30-minute reflexology and shoulder session, and it was quite satisfying. You can choose between gentle or strong pressure during the massage. My feet were aching from all the walking, but after the reflexology, I felt much better. perfect way to unwind. I plan to return in two weeks for a full body massage; despite all the modern technology available for relaxation, I still prefer traditional massages. I'll share some photos with you later.
