Knight Residence — Hotel in Langkawi Island

So here is my detailed review!

1. it was around 8.30am I didn't sleep in previous hostel and booked this one, I texted them on WhatsApp if I can check in at 9.30 and they said yes. (Which I appreciate)

2. once reached i saw a small (shampoo/conditioner/soap/body wash) along with towel ready for me (which is great considering it was a cheap budget hostel)

3. after checking in it was around 11 in the morning and there was another guest who turned off air conditioning while I was trying to sleep as he hated it. ( I texted the staff and they assisted me with this)

4. I got late and I checked on agoda and booking com at 5am but all dorms were full in their hostel so I booked a flight to penang instead, I was trying to sleep but it was hard for me for some reason I was not able to and slept around 8 or 9am, thinking i will checkout at 12 - but when I woke up it was around 1.30pm already (and i was confused why no one woke me up) considering the checkout time was 12 and it's around 2 now. (I saw a msg on WhatsApp from Andrew/staff about checking out) but he didn't call me or woke me up (again i appreciate)

I requested and apologized if I can take some time to shower and eat outside and then go airport which he allowed.

I mean the nature of staff is so gooood I run a marketing company named Rising Digitally and I can say with 100% confidence if they keep doing such to guests this will be 1 of the best budget hostels in Langkawi.

We had a great stay at knight residence the owner was so lovely ☺️ our room was great! There was a lovely cat and a great outdoor area for sitting.

The only downside was there was always someone in the toilet and people weren’t good at cleaning up behind themselves but that is the fault of the people staying,...

La localización es muy buena. Por lo demás, han sido las peores noches de todo mi viaje. No he descansado ninguna de las 5 noches que he estado aquí.

1: El colchón era incómodo, se notaban los muelles. Me he levantado con malestar en el cuerpo todos los días.

2: En la habitación entraban decenas de mosquitos al día y las paredes no aíslan nada del ruido externo. Cada vez que cerraban una puerta parecía que se caía todo.

3: Por la noche de 4:30 a 6:00 es imposible dormir porque fuera tienen varios gallos y comienzan a cantar sin parar. Parece que te cantan en la oreja.

4: La limpieza de los baños bueno, pasable.

En definitiva, la localización es buena pero ya valoras tu si quieres descansar o estar en vela...
