If you want to eat good food, please avoid going to this gross place. I tried to be as polite as possible but i have never experienced such bad service. Firstly when we entered the server ignored us and after few mins he placed us on a area where there was no fan, no light and really stinky area. After 15 mins i asked to change places and he couldn't even do that simple task. He was literally confused and just stood there. After asking again he placed us on a table where still half eaten food was. After that we tried to order food and this man didn't look at me onxe. he kept looking to his mate and was talkin to him while I was telling him our order. I had to repeat 6 times!! after 20ish minutes he brought us food and guess what? the order was wrong. After i called him he tried to correct me and tell me its correvt. It clearly was not and he took the plate with the naan bread and went to the kitchen. ( mind you, my friend ate her naan which was on ghe same plate and he took it without asking). Anyways after i tried to pay he was fully sweating and was just dripping all...
Read moreLocated near the beach side. Outside and inside seating available. Food was decent. They did not give onions and told we need to order extra and it’s chargeable. Even after ordering food worth 500 RM not giving such basic things is poor service. Rest rooms are 50 mtrs away in a building and isolated location and does not look comfortable especially for ladies during the night times. Rest rooms were very dirty and poorly maintained. The person serving was not sure what mutton was being served. They took orders and returned back after a while saying it’s not available. They did not egg related items even though menu it was mentioned. Chicken tikka masala was good. Chicken pakoda was average. Chicken sheek was served when kabab was ordered. Not much activities were there close to the restaurant. 150 mtrs away front the restaurant near to main area fire activities were seen. Decent restaurant not very great. Especially if you’re looking for the authentic...
Read moreThe food was absolutely fantastic, we got the cheese naan, a couple of curry’s to share and a bowl of rice. However we were disappointed by the service. There was barely anyone eating when we got there but it took us nearly 10 minutes to be served. What we originally wanted to order were poppadoms and chutney for a starter and mutton masala to share but we were told they had ‘finished’ making them, which was a bit weird to us. It was 9pm and the restaurant closed at 23:30pm, very strange to run out of poppadoms! The food came after about 20 minutes and as mentioned was fantastic, so delicious and I could have had another portion. However when going to pay, the cost of the meal was 95 and we gave 100 and they didn’t have change of 5 ringgit. Very odd not to have 5 ringgit to give as change, it was hardly a lot to ask for. Of course the amount is quite low but also on the flip side the amount is so low it should be possible to provide it...
