Electus Home @ Vista Residences — Hotel in Pahang

This was the worst experience of my life. We found three large cockroaches in our room, and the kitchen counter was covered with small insects. We couldn't even sit in the apartment.

When we went to the office for help, the service was terrible. The staff member offered a store-bought insect spray, which we already had. We requested pest control, but he refused to send anyone.

We asked to change apartments, but the only option he provided was much smaller, only suitable for three people instead of five. He also refused to refund any money and only agreed to cancel the last day of our stay after two days of arguing. (We discovered the cockroaches first day)

Such a waste of money and ruined...

what good: Nice location, 7-11 and brew house at downstairs, with 5 min walking distance there are many restaurant nearby, 2 room - one room have double bed, one room have 3 single bed can suit 5-6 people, bathroom water pressure are high, clean and tidy apartment. can use grab or Indrive to get cab to awana bus station.|what might need to improve: i stay 07-17, from the corridor even the curtain down will see thru the living room, opposite having construction on going, day time bit noisy, facing main road, night time the master bedroom will be bit noisy, try to avoid peak hours or lift might...

First time stayed at this condo ,2rooms apartment So far so good Clean apartment Not too noisy, we booked 20th floor (may be yet school Holiday, lesser vehicles?) Walking distance to foods and shops and starbucks U may dine in at Brew House if u were lazy to walk out from this condo, it just located at the ground floor

Will consider back again if i need apartments We used to stay...
