Don't go this restaurant...cheat weigh Kaw Kaw...order time I did ask how big the prawn as my family is superb prawn eater..order time telling today prawn a bit big abt 350gm per piece..so we are happy to order 2 prawn to try ...we did other dish also..when the prawn served I already very angry had been cheated , the prawn size abt 250gm grade, my husband blocking me to complaint saying Genting Gohtong Jaya is tourist place , next time don't come again...but I cannot hold my anger after my husband paid the bil..they charge the prawn 450gm per piece..Then I looking for manager to clarify, no one entertain us and cashier said wait the waitress who place order to settle with me..wait abt 5 min later only the girl come , she said : I had told U abt 350gm and more , yourself want to eat U order...correct lah 450gm ...what's wrong now...I ask her go take another 2 prawn and weigh Infront of me 900gm and steam again , I pay again...then whole shop staff is running here there , a chef come out and bring a frozen prawn said the prawn will become small after cooked...WTH the big prawn will become so small after cooked...they dare not to bring a scale to weigh the raw prawn , dare not accept my order cook again 2 prawn to proof they not cheated me..the worst is no any supervisor or manager stand out to settled...the bill no contact number, on my way back home , my son search on web n get the contact number because the resit go no contact number and called the restaurant ...Bobo the in-charge person of the restaurant said she saw the manager an oldman was standing at my table , she thought the manager had settled , so she don't involved lor...then only I noticed the Oldman is the manager where he keep silent the whole quarreling between I with the waitress and chef...they all insist saying the prawn is 450gm, after cook will become small .... don't go this shop if U back from...

We had an unpleasant experience last night 26/11/2024.

Stir fried pork intestine with pineapple. Why we asked why no pineapple taste? The captain replied “They ran out of pineapples” I think they should have notify us earlier if we still wanted the dish instead of just serving something that’s not complete.

Superior Soup live kapa clam and sea prawn. We specifically request NO PRAWN and the dish came without SEA PRAWN. But we were charged RM118.00 for this dish. When we ask why RM118.00 for just Kapa Clam. The captain replied “We added extra Kapa Clam to compensate for the SEA PRAWN. Hence the price remains at RM118.00. A check on Loong Kee Restaurant the Kapa Clam Superior Soup is just RM68.00 for the Large portion.

We realised we been shortchanged tremendously and will never return. Captain attitude is the worse we have encountered as well. This will not be the end of the matter, this we can assure...

The service was so rude. The waitress ignored our queries about our queue number and made us standing and waiting for 40 minutes. She was negligent in her duties. When a table became available, she told us that they would call queue number and asked us to continue waiting. However, a family who didn’t need a table that large went directly to the table without queuing or having their number called. When we brought this issue to the waitress’s attention, she told us to wait again without helping us to confirm our queue number. After a few minutes, the waitress informed us that our orders were missing, even though we had placed our order 40 minutes prior (and had been given a queue number). She failed to pass our order to the person in charge of calling queue numbers and lost our order altogether. This is why our queue number was never called.
