It's won't be fair to call the overpriced hostel A hotel. Its dark and dingy and did I mention dirty? Extremely small rooms just for sleep.beds are not not clean let alone comfortable. No-one bothers to clean.i feel like i should be paid to clean the room for them.no one mentioned that room doesn't even have a window.we had to leave our door open to let stale air out for an hr.they do provide toiletries but that's the only good point. Such a rip-off.

Nice concept, love how the lobby is decorated. Clean, lovely room. Value for money ✓. Good location too! Staffs are really friendly. Only the breakfast meal is lacking abit in terms of taste, but oh well all the good points compensate this small tiny flaw. Definitely recommended!

Pros: location near to jetty, WiFi OK, shower water flow OK, friendly customer service. Cons: Very dirty standard room. U can see blood stain at toilet bowl, red colour stain on blanket, dirty stain on Bedsheet. Air ventilation not good, easily get injured by bedframe corner.

The good: Friendly & well mannered staffs. The location is very good, you find yourself close to most of the attractions & restaurants. The bad: Be careful not to be deceived by the hotel photos. The saying goes like this; "What you see is not always as it seems". Yes! I can assure you that the rooms are plain bad; there were dust around the bed and window, the bathroom is average wonder what do the housecleaning people at your hotel do exactly to prepare the room for the next guest? Do they have a checklist or do they just randomly go through stuff? The room itself seemed to have been perhaps unused for quite sometime maybe due to the lockdown but, at least it should have been maintained. I saw ants too. Train your hotel housekeeping staff and the cleaning department in such a manner where these types of situations don’t even take place. Here, hygiene must top the priority list when it comes to dealing with humans. Another, the bed! When I turn to my left & right, the bed makes a squeaking sound. Do roll over all the bad to a good and...

Initially was upset upon check-ins into the room. It was stuffy and congested room. As time ticking off I and my wife decide to venture Pangkor therefor we left our room walking down on aisle to the main exit of the Hotel. My perceptions of this hotel changed drastically moment I met this lady..Mdm Hidayu, frontline customer service provider. Shes so polite and friendly to all the guest and serving with smiles without tiredness. I'm quite amazed to come across such talented services providers here. My two nite stays in this hotel become very memorable and we enjoyed our stay here. A good customer services is so magentic till it can change guest perception in split seconds.

Bravo Mdm Hidayah @🙌🙌🙌

Nelayan Hotel, she's the correct person and please take care of her.

I didn't get off to the best of starts with my stay - the room I was initially given was frankly pokey and needed cleaning. When I complained at this, my room was immedialtey upgraded to a better quality and more spacious room. The Hotel overall has a lot of positives; very pleasant staff, public areas nice with interesting artwork and I thought the location was pretty good - you're in a strip mall setting with shops, cafes and a launderette on site and the beach was within walking distance. Some of the good points were a bit lost though when it come to details; the standard of cleaniness could have been a bit better and some of the rooms and public areas outside of the main lounge area were a bit worn but this is is still a good honest choice for a two or three day stay. I would...
