Ipoh MJ Boutique House — Hotel in Perak

I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to share my recent experience with you regarding the homestay we stayed at. While the environment seemed nice, there were significant issues with cleanliness and amenities. The balcony door was closed, and we couldn't even access it. The sheets and bed were noticeably dirty, leading to discomfort and itching throughout the night. Additionally, the lack of water in the morning left us unable to shower, forcing us to use bottled water for basic hygiene. We arrived at night hoping for a good nap, but it turned into a restless and itchy night, preventing us from sleeping well. Lastly, the homestay owner claimed that we had dirtied the bedsheet, stating that our deposit was needed to replace it. They insisted they couldn't clean the bedsheet, even though I believe my house's bedsheets, if used for a long time, can still be cleaned. Their statements regarding the deposit seemed dishonest. 这家民宿外观和设施看起来很美很不错的，但是卫生状况令人极度失望，床和枕头上有灰尘和毛球，床单和枕套看起来陈旧又肮脏，朋友睡了后第二天就过敏了，身体红痒和眼睛红痒。除此之外，我们还要面临着饮用水和厕所供水的问题，这么大的民宿，有三层，房间厕所都很多，但却不得不费事地从厨房洗手盆取水再倒入厕所。令人无法接受的是，屋主竟然说我们弄肮脏他们的床单被，还要求我们赔偿，扣除我们的压低金。对于这次体验，深感后悔没有及时拍下证据，并真心觉得屋主纯粹不想还钱而已，不推荐大家入住。

Having a terrible experience staying at mj boutique guesthouse for the first time. The house rules are stricter than my school rules. The floors are dirty, there are stains on the pillowcases and bedsheets . The biggest surprise came from next day after wake up no water supply, we can’t even brush our teeth . After check out the host scrutinized every corner, taking pictures of a towel on the floor and ask why we place the towel on the floor that we just accidentally place there and the towel is clean and accusing us of dirtying the bedsheets that originally it was already dirty to withhold our deposit. Staying here is truly a nightmare the owner clearly doesn't intend to return our deposit, constantly nitpicking
