Ipoh Tiga Pool Villa — Hotel in Perak

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this villa rental. The policy stated a 3 PM check-in, but the manager refused to let us enter until 7 PM. Even then, the unit was not ready and was only available at 8 PM, wasting my entire day and ruining my plans. The total price of the villa was RM15++, and they insultingly offered only RM80 as compensation. How funny and ridiculous.

It’s not about the money—it’s about the service, which was absolutely terrible. Despite requesting a refund, they refused, forcing us to wait even though we traveled from far. The next day, things got worse when a rude cleaner came at 12 PM, demanding we leave, even though we were promised a 1 PM checkout.

This company clearly has no respect for its customers and no understanding of proper service. I strongly do not recommend them to anyone....

We were initially hesitant to book this Airbnb as it was newly listed, but it exceeded all of our expectations in every way! The interior design was thoughtfully crafted, combining style with comfort, making every corner feel welcoming and cozy. The space itself was impressively large, offering plenty of room for relaxation and activities.

The range of amenities was incredible—everything from a pool table, ping pong, karaoke, and Netflix to a swimming pool, barbecue area, and, most excitingly, an arcade game! It was the perfect blend of entertainment options to keep everyone entertained throughout our stay.

To top it all off, the host was exceptionally responsive and prompt with replies, making our experience seamless from start to finish. Overall, we couldn't have been more delighted with our stay. Highly...

We had an amazing weekend at Ipoh Tiga Pool Villa! The place was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for the perfect family getaway.

The private pool was a hit — we spent hours swimming and just chilling by the water. The villa was really spacious, so everyone had room to relax, play, and hang out. We especially loved the karaoke session — so much fun belting out our favourite songs together! 🎤🎶

Everything was well-equipped, from the kitchen to the entertainment areas, and the staff were super helpful and friendly throughout our stay.

Definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a fun, comfy, and stress-free escape with your family or friends....
