My new favourite place to get some work done. The tea is awesome, fresh and fragrant, no chemicals. the energy is calming (do bring a sweater for the AC! but to me it does help to keep my head cool 🥶) Its Halal for whom it matters Foremost tho just each one of the staffmembers is truly so very friendly and helpful. They do an amazing work making everyone feel satisfied, and to me Fred especially is just one of a kind ☺️ Thank you! A true lil gem 💙

I visited this outlet on 16 Oct 2024 around 7.30pm+. I was definitely in awe of the ID and how cosy it was, both indoor and outdoor seating.

As a first-timer overwhelmed with the vast variety of tea, I was attended by Fariz who was friendly and patiently took the time to explain about the drinks and fielded my questions. I even told him that I appreciated his gesture of explaining and him making recommendations.

What even made the experience more amazing was how swift my drink was prepared. Fariz explained that it would normally take them between 1 minute to 1.5 minutes to prepare the order. I’m guessing that’s the time it takes for one drink. My jaw literally dropped.

It was truly a great experience and I will definitely return to patronise Chagee at Centrepoint Bandar Utama.

the service was beyond my expectations and the staff were very helpful and friendly to us. even though they’re busy with nonstop coming orders they still did their best to serve us fast!! how amazing can that be?? so unreal. i love my time here and for sure will be my favourite spot...
