The Assam Fish set, however, wasn't quite as triumphant. While the accompanying sauce was a vibrant symphony of spicy, sour, and okra-y goodness, the fish itself fell short. I suspect it was dory, a fish I find bland and mushy. It just didn't hold up to the bold sauce, creating a somewhat one-dimensional dish.

The bright and loud restaurant décor, dominated by large graphics of the chicken logo, felt a bit much for my taste. It leaned more towards fast-food vibes than the relaxed experience I was hoping for. Perhaps sticking to a more subdued chicken-centric theme would better complement the menu's strengths.

Today during lunch, alright I just messed up the order, I ter ordered hot drink instead of cold. And this staff, he just dropped the hot drink and take the cold drink and said I orderedthe hot drink while put the order slip. I tried to hold him while opening app to show I ordered the cold one but he just left and brought it to order customer. Rude isnt? When we already drink abit the drink and he don't even ask that. So the drink already contaminated right? So I talk with this malay supervisor, ada colour hair. He did the action to take back the drink from the customer. Alright fine. The staff keep looking around here like it is our fault. Okay fine. And then when we want to pay I just told him again next time let the guy know about this this is not good lah. And the supervisor told me, the staff already ask me if I already drink it or not you said to me. Woahhh if he asked and with his action do you think I have enough time to do this drama?? Even the malay supervisor is rude. After that not even sorry or anything just quiet after one sentence. I'm not trying to make a scene or anything but come on. I'm not gonna eat here anymore, I'm sure they aim my face already, I don't want anything dirty thing on my food. Thanks tcr dpulze...

Today I visit the chicken rice shop at dpulze.I want to claim their RM1.80 offer. At first the staff said I can eat first without claim the voucher. When I want to pay, other staff said have to redeem and first only then I ga eat. Why are the staffs saying two different things? Your tagline itself said "Eat. Redeem. Repeat." So unacceptable!

When I was in the restaurant also, they don't entertain me nicely. I only eat with fork. I asked 2 staffs, twice to give me spoon and tissue they ignore me. Can't they see that I'm only eating wih fork? I even ordered to add on rice, they ignored me. I only get the rice after my second time requesting for it.

That time there were not many customers dine in or queue for take away. Most of the staffs were standing near the kitchen....
