Wed, 2 August, 6.55-6.57 pm, a super clumsy and disrespectful male staff served me. That wasn't the first time, I went there quite many times and over all those times, a few times the server was that guy, and every time that guy served me, the experience would be unpleasant and nerve-wracking. Before this, I tried to be positive, thinking that the staff might be new. But today, I was really annoyed by him. First I requested for medium size, he filled in the yogurt not as tall as others made, to be honest it has always been like that when the server was him. But forget about that, there were more things that brought me into this review section today. After that, I chose grapes topping. He put the grapes inside the yogurt, but one of the grapes fell into other container filled with a yellowish watery textured topping (don't know the name), and guess what? He picked that grape and put it inside the yogurt right in front of my eyes. I know the grape fell into food, so it's not dirty, but the way he handled the food in front of me as a customer was really improper. After that, second topping which was KitKat bites, he took it clumsily that one of them fell on the middle of the container rack. And guess what? Yes he pushed that back into the container using the spoon. And the last topping, which was a pistachio sauce, he put it into the yogurt clumsily that the sauce fell around the cup and on his finger🫠. I told him, the sauce fell down, then he wiped it using the tissue, but some of the sauce fell back into the sauce container💆🏻♀️🤮, yes it was for real. I was so patience watching that, if not, I already lectured him a bit or more. Last but not least, when I paid for the yogurt, he keyed in actual price when it was still a promotion time. I told him, and he changed it without saying sorry, his facial expression was also not proper. Overall experience was super unpleasant. This guy doesn't fit to work in the f&b industry as he's clumsy, not hygienic, not following the sop of preparing the yogurt and giving improper service to customers. How can you pay this kind of guy for quite an expensive food. Please invest in training your staff for a proper ethic of handling food and please don't let such staff...
Read moreFirst time having such a bad experience with Llao Llao. First of all, there were 3 female staffs working, which is supposed to be a good thing as today is the third wednesday of the month, meaning that long queue is expected in conjunction with the 33% offer. Me and two friends started queuing at 1.30pm (there were around 15-20 people ahead of us). The queue was static, i.e. not moving at all for 15-20minutes. So me and 1 of my friend walked to the front to have a look. There were no staffs serving at the counter (two staffs were seen refilling the Biscoff toppings, which took like 5-10 minutes, one staff was seen sitting down by the fan while using her handphone). A group of female customers was seen standing in front of the counter (waiting) and noone was taking orders from them. Finally the queue moved (very slowly). Later after that, one staff was cleaning up (washing) the empty containers, one was mopping the floor and there was only one staff who is working at the counter + cashier (i.e. taking orders, serving the yogurt & collecting the payment). So finally it was our turn at 2.30pm, we ordered 4 cups of medium tub ice cream. And the staff asked us “Are u sure u want me to serve the yogurt ice cream now?” There was no further explanation given. Obviously we wanted the ice cream immediately as we’ve been waiting for an hour, so we answered “yes please”. Little did we know that the staff actually gave us the yogurt ice cream that was not totally frozen. We received the yogurt ice cream at 2.40pm. All 4 cups literally melted (melted as in: into soup-like consistency) after 2 MINUTES, right after we arrived at the carpark. So end of the story: We threw away all 4 cups of yogurt “liquid” ice cream after a 70-minutes queue, where the staffs were not actually working at the correct pace queue was hardly moving. Are the staffs all new? Were they trained to serve customers this way? I hope the supervisor will fix this issue soon before more people get traumatised by such a bad experience like what...
Read moreThis is my first time having a problem with a card payment transaction. The amount was deducted directly from my account, but the cashier informed me that they did not receive the payment and asked me to tap my card again. I refused, as I saw that the money had already been deducted. The staff told me that this problem is quite common and has happened to other customers. I insisted that I would not pay again unless I could see that the rejected transaction had been refunded. Only then would I tap my card again.
The staff proceeded to call her supervisor, who explained the same thing to me. I am not incapable of understanding your instructions, but I have the right not to pay the same amount twice unless the refund is processed. She insisted I had to pay again and called the owner of the branch, who also repeated the same explanation.
Please understand that customers should not have to pay twice just because your system hasn’t received the payment notification, even though the money has been deducted from their account. How can I be sure I will get my money back by paying twice? That must be an error in your system, and there should be a better way to handle this situation. At least an incident report should be filed, and a second payment should only be made once the refund has been processed on the customer’s side. I would say the staffs were rude and pushy even though it is not my fault that the payment did not get through.
I will definitely pay if I get the refund back. Again, there should be a better way of handling this situation, especially if you’ve mentioned that this has happened to other...
