Sushi King Central I-City Plaza — Restaurant in Shah Alam

Salmon sashimi not fresh, the salmon almost turn to dark shade of orange. Looks like being freeze and thaw multiple times. Fresh salmon should be bright orange. It's also have stinky smell. Chicken Nandan are soggy, too oily and cold. It's like being deep fry long time ago and left it under hot lamp. Bento rice not hot and dry. Yakiniku room temperature. Cucumber looks like being washed and use it again. GoldenBall batter too thick, soggy and cold even ordered for ala carte and not from the belt. Quality totally different from what I had 6years ago (another branch). I-city mall branch looks like they don't have passion at all. No friendly service, not even a smile. They rather to chit chat at "Closed Section" then do the service. When request something, the rolled their eyes do things like they being forced and interrupt their sweet times. I live abroad for 6years. Sushi King used to be my comfort food. Since back from abroad, a month ago, I been eat at this branch for 3 times but unfortunately third times was the times I gave up my hope for this branch. The worst system ever to secure your dine in and place your order for iftar! No reservation, only walk in allowed frm 5.45pm and at least 1 person hv to stay at your sit waiting. What we found after long queue and once seated? We cant placed order via the system due to connection problem 😖. I hv requested to place order manually but the waiter asked me to wait until the system back online. Now (6.42pm) they are struggling taking orders manually frm the full house after i asked them many times to distribute the menu. Pls train your staf to do eye contact with your customer, pls respond with good manner and in helping way (the only female staff at the counter mentioned they only got 3 menus then we hv to wait for it and thats it! Wait wait n wait.. after a while the male staff distributed the menu booklet to all tables.. owhh we thought there are only 3 of them 😒 Pls prepare for the worst situation to serve your customer accordingly otherwise shutting down the outlet is a compulsory option.
