This business doesn’t even deserve a single star for how poorly they treat their customers. Their website shows one delivery rate, but when it’s time to pay, the price changes—completely misleading. And based on other reviews, I’m clearly not the only one who’s had issues with their unprofessional and downright unpleasant attitude.

I used to buy glass frames from them and later ordered a baby walker for my 5-month-old. When I simply suggested they work on their customer service, the owner canceled my order, refunded me, and mocked me. Instead of handling feedback like a professional, they chose to be petty.

If you don’t mind terrible customer service, go ahead—but just know they charge 200-300 Rufiyaa more than other businesses, plus delivery fees. Honestly, I’m glad they canceled my order because I ended up getting the same product elsewhere for 300 Rufiyaa less.

The owner is basically the male version of Fazeela Usman from Fazy’s Hijama—same arrogance, same incompetence.

I recently inquired about a specific watch item from MOS. Once order was placed, they requested a number to inform me of a specific time for delivery. A few nights later around 10pm while I was sleeping someone who I can only believe from the company called me asking for my address. When I said I am not at home for delivery he then asked me to get a friend to collect the item. So late at night nobody would be awake. When I asked him of he could schedule deliver for another day his response was to cancel the order. This person was rude and didn't have sense of mind that he was talking to a customer who was trying to give business but rather I was an inconvenience. After that he hung up the phone without a much as a sorry for not being able to provide a service and waking me up.

It's seems that their policy is if you can't except deliver when we want then order is cancelled!! That's a great way to do business. I hope they see this review and are able to improve on their...

Made a call to their listed number 744-4999 to make a simple inquiry about their online selling.. Unbelievably rude, ill mannered, zero professionalism at all, or any common sense in even answering a phone call and talking properly. Never buying from these jokers or recommending to anyone. The guy who answers the phone is clearly brainless. If you go through all the reviews, you will see that this is common...
