Today, I wandered into La Chata for a late lunch, and despite the blistering 96-degree heat, I couldn’t resist the call of a steaming, spicy bowl of menudo! It brought back memories of my grandmother’s kitchen, and when that craving hits, nothing—especially not the weather—can stand in the way.
