TERRIBLE! Do not go here if you love sushi!

Service: horrible. The waiter sat us at the table and then came back after 15 mins. When I asked for water, he only came back with one glass and bottle, and I had to ask another one for my friend. I thought bringing 2 waters would be common sense. Every step of the service was extremely slow. We saw people who came after us being served before.

Staff Friendliness: negative 5*. When we tried calling other servers they didn't pay attention to us, while our primary server completely ignored us. And in the end, we walked up to the counter to check ourselves out, and the guy asked if he can put 15 or 20% tip on the order. I thought tipping was customer choice.

Food: edamame was okay, nothing great. Seeing the earlier response of servers, we didn't feel like ordering a lot of food. The geisha roll was too sweet, filled with sauce and cream cheese. There was something terribly off with the rice. Almost tasted stale.

I have no idea how this place is rated 4.9*. Do not waste...

We are always on the hunt for good sushi in La Paz. Last night we tried Kahe Sushi Bar and it’s definitely our new favourite!

Excellent service, nice ambience, lots of off-street parking…and most importantly, really great food!

We had edamame and miso soup to start. The edamame were very traditional and perfect.

The miso soup was a bit different than what we are used to as it had mushrooms, along side the tofu and seaweed, and was served with a lemon wedge. It was a large serving and was so tasty.

We had three rolls: Spicy Tuna, Mango Tuna and Dinamita. All excellent, but the two tuna rolls were by far...

The fish is, of course, very fresh here, but the sushi, to me, was not great. Service very slow. I got some sangria that was so sweet that it was undrinkable. The sushi roll I got had some kind of weird cream cheese in the middle anyway just can’t really recommend this place.

Another thing I thought was super odd. The waiters kept moving chairs around from one spot to the other to accommodate more or less gas at a table. Which is of course, natural. But instead of picking them up, they kept dragging them across the floor. Over and over. It was really loud and just...
